1. Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in this document are defined as follows:

• "Platform" or "Site" — The crickexch website and all services connected to it.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has registered on crickexch or is using the service.
• "Account" — The personal profile created through registration on the platform.
• "Bonus" — Additional credits or rewards given to a user as a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "BDT / ৳" — Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency of this platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. If any user creates an account using false information, crickexch reserves the right to immediately close that account and forfeit any funds associated with it.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

Each user may create only one account. Creating or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

3.2 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. Sharing account credentials with any third party is prohibited.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

crickexch may request identity verification from a user at any time. Verification may require a national ID card, passport or a government-issued photo ID. Failure to complete verification may result in delayed or suspended payments.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Our accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. All deposits must be made from a payment source registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits through third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Payment Verification

If suspicious activity is detected in any deposit or withdrawal transaction, crickexch reserves the right to place the relevant transaction on hold until the investigation is complete.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example — a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Or a deposit of ৳8,000 earns a ৳5,000 bonus (the maximum), giving a total of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement of 20 times (20x) must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. This means that if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• The contribution of bonus bets may vary for specific games.
• crickexch reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting activity is a punishable offence.

6. VIP Program and Cashback

The crickexch VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver — Up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Gold — Up to 0.9% cashback per week
• Platinum — Up to 1.2% cashback per week
• Diamond — Up to 1.5% cashback per week

Users are automatically upgraded to a higher tier based on regular gaming activity. Cashback amounts are calculated each week and relevant terms and conditions apply.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the crickexch platform:

• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or systems.
• Gaining an unfair advantage through bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Harassing, threatening or deceiving other users.
• Operating more than one account.
• Abusing bonuses or repeatedly claiming them in an improper manner.
• Defrauding third parties in the name of the platform's services.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Limitation of Liability

crickexch makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service. However, service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical issues, maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. crickexch will not be liable for any financial loss in such situations.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Closure at the User's Request

A user may request to close their account at any time. Any pending withdrawals must be settled before making the request.

11.2 Closure by crickexch

In cases of rule violations, failure to complete identity verification, or evidence of suspicious activity, crickexch reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account.
